7. TERMINATION
Membership billing is by a per-month basis or automatic renewal and may be cancelled at anytime by visiting Verotel Customer Service at http://www.verotel.com. These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by destroying all materials obtained from RubberBound.com and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise. These terms will terminate immediately without notice from the sole discretion of RubberBound.com should you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms.

In general refunds for membership are not accepted for any reason except:

• Mistaken transactions (before the account is activated/used)
• Fraudulent transactions (where proven)
• Incorrect billing amounts (where proven)

8. HARASSMENT
Patrick Andraste has the right to terminate any membership in the event that he feels a member is harassing him or any other member of the site at RubberBound.com. The grounds for termination can be purely subjective and based on the views of Patrick Andraste. No refunds are given for any reason.

9. CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Please note that a subscription to RubberBound.com is a legal and binding contract between the user and Patrick Andraste, which is not revocable after the user has entered the private members' area and taken advantage of the benefits of membership. Submission of credit card information to RubberBound.com and its online transaction processor ( Verotel ) is equivalent to a legal signature; and all IP addresses will be retained to verify users' identities. Fraudulent use of credit cards can and will be prosecuted to the full extent of all applicable laws. Fraudulent use includes entering false credit card information and obtaining chargebacks when the credit card has NOT been stolen and the transaction has NOT been an error. Users must notify Patrick Andraste via e-mail at rubberbound@rubberbound.com prior to renewal date when they want to cancel membership. No refunds will be given.

10. PASSWORD PIRACY
Password piracy is theft.

1. If it is found you released your password to anyone else your subscription and access to this site is revoked .

11. PRIVACY STATEMENT
RubberBound.com respects your right to privacy and will do everything we can to protect that right. Members' details will not be sold or given to any third parties or to any other members of the site. Members' details will only be used for the purposes of administrating the Web site.

Although we will do our outmost to make sure your details remain secure and private we cannot be held responsible for:

• Unforseen software/hardware errors that fail in such a way as to leave your details exposed.
• Hacking. Although RubberBound.com employs anti-hacking measures in place and only allow access to our servers via designated IP addresses the possibility always exists.
• Human Error. We are all human and mistakes can sometimes be made. We will try our utmost to prevent this from happening but again cannot be held responsible for the unforseen.

12. JURISDICTION
In the event of a breach of these terms or conditions, the laws of the State of Washington, County of Snohomish shall have jurisdiction over the dispute, and you hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
